Claw meat is definitely better, but I absolutely love lobster, so I could eat tail meat all day long.

I haven't gone in awhile, But when I go for steak house steaks, I'll add a lobster tail from Nova Scotia........

I decided to go look again for just claw meat and I found several places have it for sale now. I swear I looked not long ago and didn't find any. But I ordered this... https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B004YEMVBY/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Will see how it is and report back. Spendy at $50/lb but that seems to be one of the cheaper ones from what I saw. Lobster Gram has whole claws a bit cheaper but with the shells still on so you are paying for that weight too. We'll see how this is and maybe next time I'll try something different.

Good stuff. I just roughy chopped some of the lobstah up added a little celery, a bit if mayo and some salt. Tasty. Not the proper rolls, but it was still good.

I went out for steak and lobster last night.... The steak was ok, not how I wanted it cooked. The lobster tail was excellent, yummy melted butter. It said Atlantic lobster on the menu, since its Canada, I'm assuming Nova Scotia.

We were in Chicago last weekend and the wife and daughter tried some Australian lobster at Gibson's. Said it wasn't worth the $100 apiece and that the Canadian lobster at Old Homestead in NYC was much better and cheaper! FWIW, I was similarly disappointed in the 22-oz bone-in ribeye (W.R's Chicago Cut). It had a lot of gristle and not much flavor.

My brother took me to lunch this past Saturday and we ended up in Midtown Atlanta at BeetleCat. They have the best lobster rolls I've ever had. I've eaten lobster all up and down the eastern seaboard and the best EVER are at Beetlecat. I can't wait to go back to get another.

There's a place out here that sells a 22 oz lobster tail. It's quite epic.
