    I be there in mid-late November - looking forward to it. Maui my new favorite island. Can't go to Oahu anymore.

    I am a white girl from Newport Beach California and i must admit I have seen a lot of mainland white people come here to Oahu and treat the local Japanese really rude almost to a point of underlying racism. But then again i see this all the time at Newport Beach.

    I can't believe this thread is back!!! I go back (to that) home in June, almost a year since I was there last.
