That's one reason I think the future SUV will kill these models. Neither will have a V12, so that aspect is gone, and older people are all about ease of entry. My mom is in her 60s and she was so happy with how she could literally just turn sideways and slide into/out of the car. Not down, not up, but sideways. Same with my 100 year old grandmother. It's so much easier for them.

Now they aren't Ferrari or sport car people (though even my grandma managed to get in my McLaren haha), but I think the old crowd who does will want a Ferrari will gravitate towards a horse SUV. People said the same thing about Porsche SUVs, but there are tons of 918 and GT3 RS owners who own Cayennes and not Panameras.

There will also people who want the sedan/cars obviously, but I just don't see much of a business model for Ferrari to keep producing the 812/Lusoo + a new SUV. I'd say ultimately it will be 812/SUV (or whatever those models are called in the future.)

Arguably the Lusso + FF are SUVs: Sporty - without doubt; Utility - they have a rear hatch and folding rear seats, like a Range Rover; Vehicle, yes.:D

Obviously you have never traveled with my wife (you lucky dog). In addition to the trunk, the back seat is filled with suitcases, duffle bags, shoe bags and garment bags.

When we travel internationally I am always paying for overweight bags. :(

The other funny thing is, she waits until I have finished packing and then sneaks some more of her stuff into my suitcase. :D

Guess I'm lucky, since my wife always tries to travel with carry on only (unless the trip is longer then 1 week).

Ff/lusso production is tiny - values are a function of low demand
