    Lightening a car for track use is a good idea but I think you've gone too far ;-)

    And along those lines.... you've made your car unnecessarily heavy by having partially gold wheels. Gold weighs more than silver so you lost some of the advantage created by your other weight savings efforts. Just another reason for silver wheels...
