Ultimately surely on the whole this has to be a good thing?
I dont see all owners / cars needing this but it shows some "support" and recognition by the company as a whole of their history / heritage cars. I dont see it driving the prices of non certified cars down, and in truth will take some time to have any impact at all but would at some point maybe increase the value both financially but more more importantly how the marque is viewed in relation to its peers.

It seems sad to me that Maserati is in a place far below where its history means it should be, much of that is due to the company / parent company and it will take quite a bit of work to change that. Depending on the car range going forward and the performance and support of both the dealers and factory the future could be a bright one, hopefully no longer being Ferrari's second tier will be what the Marque needs

Remember Maseratis from that era are “Parts Bin” cars, very little is proprietary outside of the engines. Let’s face it with limited direct parts sources before the internet we kept our cars running by crossing parts for original sourcing from mass production vehicles. The old MOCNA list was an accumulation of research done by owners over the years.

    Hi,
I am an owner of Maserati Quattroporte V (M139) and just joined the forum. I have a question about Maserati Classiche program: which car upgrades are allowed to qualify if any and which aren't? For example, brake upgrades and exhaust upgrades - will they prevent car from being certified? Considering the upgrades will be purchased from Formula Dynamics (https://formuladynamics.com/) - a known US store - and installed by certified mechanics.

Thank you so much in advance.
