OOOOOHHHHHHHH!!!!!! We got a new term now that Max is winning!! "Critical feedback" . Instead of complaining LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It's really hard to follow your wandering, nonsensical posts .... I asked if i missed the part where Max was openly blaming and berating his team, and you responded with "Yes" ... telling me that i did, indeed, miss the part where Max openly blamed and berated his team. I then asked for a link to prove your accusations against Max, and to show me where, according to you, I "missed it". When no such evidence or link is to be found (of course), you deflected to catering And now, you refuse to show evidence of "my words" ... words you agreed with, just a few posts ago! Please apply some more thought before you post again Or, simply provide the evidence that YOU acknowledged (in post #3917), where Max openly blames and berates his team (either way, i won't be holding my breath in anticipation)
Easy. https://www.express.co.uk/sport/f1-autosport/1686771/Max-Verstappen-Red-Bull-error-US-GP-radio-message https://www.grandprix247.com/2023/03/22/verstappen-we-shouldnt-have-these-problems-i-should-have-won-saudi-gp-f1/ https://sports.inquirer.net/470907/f1-max-verstappen-admits-red-bull-made-wrong-calls And worse than blaming team, cursing them out. https://www.grandprix247.com/2022/10/01/verstappen-why-what-the-fck-is-this-about-singapore-gp-qualifying/ Or blaming and cursing out his team at the same time.
Well done !!! Thanks for that. But that will never be enough proofs for those who believe only another driver I won't name whines and slaggs off his team. You cannot help it if people approach this forum in a very aggressive manner and are only interested in challenging other participants rather than doing their own research.
you clearly either misunderstood or failed to read what I said. I said critical feedback AND complaining of actual issues are normal for ALL drivers. I never said that Max complaining is critical feedback. But keep adding caps and exclamation marks to accentuate your point and look like a clown.
I applaud that you at least made an effort to provide evidence. Some are a bit of a reach ,though some I agree are him being too critical of his team. In one of those articles you might not have seen him say this: "I know of course, it’s always a team effort and I can make mistakes and the team can make mistakes but it’s never acceptable" I support that mentality. He doesn't accept his own mistakes and he rarely seems to make any mistakes now. Neither does the team for that matter. In Saudi he said "WE shouldn't have these problems". We includes him. He can't say "we should have won the race" since his team did win with Perez. Charles has openly been critical of Ferrari's strategy and we all sympathize with him. Lando said post race that the hard tires were a mistake. Most agree. Hamilton has plenty of complaints of other drivers and his team that many agree with. Unfortunately for him, he has set a pattern of taking it too the extreme of THEY (this team) screwed up when things go bad, and specifically says he was in the right. Alonso publicly trashed his Honda engines and that pattern has seemingly hurt his career and gave him a reputation. Even though he was right.
We've been over this, many times ... There's a WORLD of difference between these types of "complaints" ... even though they both, horror of horrors, contain foul language: "These tires are fracking garbage!" or "Why the frack do i have to abort this lap?!" or "The wind is blowing me all over the fracking track!" vs "I can't believe you guys fracked ME over like this" or "You guys don't know what the frack you are doing! You should have fracking listened to ME!" These "complaints" aren't even in the same ballpark (even though they all contain foul language)
OOOOOHHHHHHHH!!!!!! Now ALL drivers complain! Instead of just Lewis. And its NORMAL LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Man I been saying this!
OOOOOHHHHHHHH!!!!!! Now its the TYPE of blaming. Max blaming is ok because its a different TYPE Lol!! When I provide evidence you move the goal post again! Lol!
Dare to try and find a time when Christian Horner got on the radio to apologize to Max for not giving him a dominant car? An apology only to Max and never his teammate.
I just love how every time Max speaks foul language, it's used by some as "proof" that Max blames and berates his team just as badly, and as frequently, as any other driver Here's a clue: a driver can swear ... at a situation, at his tyres, at his car, at a decision by the stewards ... without blaming and berating his team.
Ah yes...the time honored "I know you are so what am I" Pee Wee Herman excuse. You guys single out Hamilton for not keeping to YOUR standards. Then, when Max is shown, in black and white, to do the very same thing, the goal posts move and Christian Horner somehow comes into the conversation. How about this. ALL drivers are risking life and limb. I, for one, believe they (all drivers) have a right to raise hell when the team gets it wrong. But here on FC, there's some standard of how the drivers are allowed to be...human, and it's just another example of moving goal posts. All we ever hear is how "homogenous" modern drivers are. And then, when they're not, you get this BS. It was the same complaint Pete Sampras endured his entire career. Everybody hates McEnroe and Connors and want "gentlemen"...until they get Pete, and then it's "This guy is so boring".
True or false: Max (or any driver) can actually use foul language, without blaming and berating his team in the process. Simple question. Some here, would clearly say FALSE ... if a curse word is spoken, it must be identical to blaming and berating the team. I disagree. What say you? (please don't respond with another non sequitur about catering)
Max: "This damn wind is blowing me all over the f**king track!" Critics: "See! SEE!! Did you hear the swear words?! Two of them, in the same sentence!! Max blames, berates and cusses-out his team just as much as xyz does!"
Max will win the championship if he doesn't even score another podium. If he finishes 5th every race, that gets him 120 points and a total of 375 pts. That very likely will be enough to win the championship. That doesn't even factor in points for fastest lap or sprint races.
