Yeah, definitely just kids having fun on the net. btw: here is where he sourced the fxx pics from: http://www.anamera.com/en/detail/car/4952//make/5/index.html?no_cache=1&tx_anamerashowroom_pi1%5Bpointer%5D=-1&tx_anamerashowroom_pi1%5BFILTER%5D%5Bmodel%5D=582&tx_anamerashowroom_pi1%5BRET%5D=144&tx_anamerashowroom_pi1%5BMODE%5D=make Now, if the fxx listing in this link is in fact legit with an asking price of 1.98M euros (approx 2.5M US$) a 3M US$ winning bid on ebay is going to make someone a few bucks. Seems bogus all around.
Hmmm... It also seems as though if a person is selling FXXs, he would know something about 355s, and be able to afford one, or twelve. http://ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?t=125178
If he is really a kid, then he is playing on ebay now. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2000-Lamborghini-Diablo-GTR-N-20-30-RARE-NO-RESERVE_W0QQitemZ120053891000QQihZ002QQcategoryZ6290QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
This kid is an idiot. He didn't even take time to photoshop it right, that's why the picture is blurred, he did that filter in photoshop. He blurred the picture because he doesn't want someone to recognize the picture as easily. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
This MDM Ben Taylor tried to IM me yesterday, what for, I have no idea. He's selling stuff he does not won on eBay with (0) references. I think this turd is outside the US. If there is an F-Chatter in WI. they should schedule an FXX test drive. That Nissan and 355 post was really funny! Good find. PS: I believe all FXX owners have a detailed contract with Ferrari about track use, factory support and first right of refusal on resale.
This knucklehead (AKA Turbovisions.com) is a phantom on many of the car boards: OR this on nicoclub.com http://forums.nicoclub.com/zerothread/158913

I noticed that one of the enzo's he is selling is real, for sale at continental auto sports for 1,199,000, he is selling it for a reasonable 1,400,000. what a joke, I wonder if the people at continental auto sports know about that.
Three year old story, but something this kid should keep in mind: eBay Hires Cyber Security Guru May 02, 2003 eBay confirmed that it has hired Howard Schmidt as Vice President, Security. "I can't say more about his specific duties or projects until he gets here," said eBay spokesperson Chris Donlay. "He will, of course, work closely with all related departments such as IT, trust & safety, legal, etc. We're thrilled to have him on board." Schmidt comes to eBay from United States President's Critical Infrastructure Protection Board where he was involved with homeland cyber security. Prior to this position, Schmidt was the Chief Security Officer for Microsoft Corporation where he oversaw the Security Strategies group, and before that, he was a Supervisory Special Agent, Director of the Air Force Office of Special Investigations, Computer Forensic Lab and Computer Crime and Information Warfare. Schmidt has testified as an expert witness in federal and military courts in the areas of computer crime, computer forensics and Internet activity, and he speaks regularly in the fields of computer forensics and information assurance. The announcement of Schmidt's hiring comes 1 day after the U.S. Federal Trade Commission and 29 state Attorneys General launched a law enforcement crackdown targeting Internet auction scams.
how would the cars be fake? Their site says they are an exotic broker, do they pull the cars out of their ass to list? They have to come from somewhere, I never knew ferrari made "fake" cars. This forum truely proves you dont have to be smart to be rich, just ignorant.
I noticed that you're the hosting "company" for his website, IIRC. The comment never said that they were fake cars. But we see time and time again people pawning off high-end exotics where they have no VIN or no real pictures. Just pictures grabbed off the internet. In fact, I'm willing to bet this is exactly all he did. I could go onto a bunch of dealer websites throw up a half-assed website and charge a couple hundred grand and call myself a broker too. What this forum proves is that people don't pay $200k for someone to tell me where to buy an Enzo.
Nice find. Unfortuantly my Italian is a bit lacking.. I gathered from the title that it has something to do with scandelous vendors..
