Hi All: I have a Foxwell NT530 and want to measure the clutch wear on a 2006 612. If I understand correctly I want to compare the clutch position closed to the clutch position closed from new and divide that number by the thickness of a new disc to arrive at the wear percentage. I have a couple questions I'm hoping someone can answer. First, should the car be running or just ignition on when I am getting the measurements of the clutch position? And what is the thickness of a new disc? Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.
