    Did 3 flavors of wings for our 4th celebration. Kids loved them.

    We learned an inside trick when in Eugene from a professional BBQ cook out at the pool with us. "Spritz" the meat often on the grill with water. I guess I've heard of this, but evidently it is what all the restaurants do.
