Hi friends, I'm in the process to fix the fan unit which takes fresh/hot air in the cabin. Some time ago it has started making some soft noise when turning it on, then it stopped working. Electricity on the control panel is fine, all other buttons working. No air pushing A/C or A/E .

Which is the best and easiest way to get access to it in order to check if it's dirty or not working at all ? I think the dashboard has to be removed, right ? How to do it without making damages?

If someone has gone through this and has some photos, it would be great.
    Thanks and greetings from Italy.
    Davide

Many thanks Alden, actually that's not an electric issue. By the way what I most need to know is how to get access to the fan unit without create damages to the dashboard.

I have done this. removal of the dash is not too bad but I still suffer from electrical problems with the instruments following re-assembly. The major screws holding the dash are at the external corners of the dash. The replacement motor is available from Rock auto. See my photos and parts number s in my posts. I will try to find them; they are old.
