Congratulations Nice car ! good deal despite what the peanut gallery said but I like the other rims! haha
Congratulations! Glad somebody took the plunge. Your pics look a lot better than the seller's pics. Welcome to the Brotherhood!
Thanks for the get well wishes, doing better but be a while til the Harley gets riden and ify if ever get in a Ferrari again. Even after selling "RED" the critics keep at it"..better photos? I was selling a car not a camera. Marty, I here and now place a standing offer to buy "RED" back from you should that day ever happen to come. An empty a feeling as I have ever felt without my "RED". Tom
You know the one I am talking about. Any new pictures from the new owner or was the end an attempt to end the thread by the owner? What a shame how this car ended up. I wish I would have had 30k laying around cause I would have bought it in a heartbeat. Beautiful car priced right but a sort of nasty owner. or at least it seemed that way.
There's a thread in this section somewhere. The new owner has put up pictures in it's new home with him etc. Edit: here. http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/348-355-sponsored-bradan/481876-most-famous-348ts.html
The car was wanted by as many as say they were, chat would have run out of room. And, just how did this car end up that you think such a shame? The thread was ended by the moderator, I requested it stay open and never "attempted" to close it. If you search just a bit, you will find photos and comments from the new owner. posting by NASTY OWNER...I am the one of which you bad mouth.
It was a display by so many, of ignorance, lack of common sense, courtesy and inability to understand what was written in plain, simple wording, a total lack of humor, or at least the understanding of it beyond the level of a primate with a head injury.
The buyer (Manda racing) is happy with his purchase, enjoying driving his 348, and the seller is satisfied with the sale. Let's not hound the car and its new owner over what many perceived as a poorly-worded advert by the former owner. The thread was closed because the car sold and it was no longer a classified advert. Ownership discussion belongs in the main forums and continuing the story in the classified section was not appropriate. The link to the continued story of the car and its time with its new owner is posted above by 97 Spider. All the best, Andrew.
Did you know old, closed threads can come back to life? Who knew??? Welcome back to 2015!!!! hahahahaha
Yes, the "gold kit" Cavallino now ornaments my workshop, and couple of people have really wondered what on earth it's from before I launched into the story. I'll do a proper intro post soon, but full marks for reviving the heritage of this fine, "country club" car!
Stinks that you didn't reveal your identity until now! I lived down there all last year and had my TR in Summerville.
