I like the yellow on black wheels Barry, but I am partial to black challenge wheels. They just look all business :).

Well. You know what they say. Driving in the rain is what separates the men from the boys :).

A good thread for Ferrari Challenge Books, good idea Robb.

Wow. That's great info. I was wondering if there was any records kept for these early races. Ferrari did not keep any records in the yearbooks or official Ferrari Challenge publications. FNA did not keep track either. It's great to know detailed info exists here!

Full records are also available in the IMSA Yearbooks published during the 1990s. They're no longer available on the IMSA website but often show up on eBay.

Great surprise this week as a package from (360gtracer) George P. in WA arrived! He sent me a giant calendar from the 1999 season! Who else has one of these? :)

    Love it. Thank you George.

It will probably be brought to Bruce Miller (the photographer) for an autograph when I visit Houston this spring.

Then some images will make it on the wall in the garage. They are big and beautiful images.

    Thank you again George.

Robb, are these all results for 1997? It seems to me that some races (e.g. Fuji in August) are missing. If so, can you post these as well?

For personal use I am building a database with race results including the Challenge series. For the late nineties it is nowadays difficult to find reliable results, so the ones you posted are more than welcome!

Sorry Robb, I'm slow - just came across this post. You're welcome! :)

And in the next pic, there's two FoW cars right behind - red w/ wide white stripes (Sandy Reddin) and red w/ yellow stripes (Jim McCormick).
