Ok, with some help from iWeb and the services of GoDaddy.com I made my first web site ever - for my Mondial. Since there are a lot of experts on these cars here, please let me know if you see anything "less than factual" or if I've made any mistakes. www.ferrarimondialforsale.com

    Thanks!

You don't want to know. GBP 3500, fixed price, including all metal work.

Prices are no longer valid now, by the way. The 2010 prices are somewhat higher. Closer to GBP 5500 or so. Still incredible value for money, if you ask me!

Beautiful car and great website, Birddog. And thank you for making me feel good about mine. I've followed your posts with your cars and know you have taken impeccable care of them. I hope you get your selling price. I'm thanking you because I got my Mondial (black 86 3.2 cab - I'll post pics when all the winter work is finally complete) back in September. I didn't know much about these cars then, but I knew mine needed some work and the purchase price I got it for reflected that. My car will be done and returned to me this weekend (or so I'm told) and I'll only have about $35k into after all the work. Some was very necessary (belts and other engine adjustments, and a ruined interior), some was sort of necessary (I had done, but could have waited, and would have to be done at some point), and some was my decision but not really necessary. I probably spent a few thousand on the last category. I feel good knowing I got my car and made it right for less than what you're selling your perfect car for. Now I have some reassurances that I got a good deal on my purchase, although had I known the extent of the work I needed to have done (and the reason why was because the previous owner didn't drive it for years), I would have tried negotiating the price lower.

Again, your car is wonderful and I really hope you get your selling price.

    Brian

PS - if you want a copy of my service records since I bought the car to show a prospective buyer what they might be up against if they were just looking for a cheap Mondial, let me know. That should scare someone into paying your price to know they have a well sorted car that needs nothing at your asking price. I would say if they're buying a Mondial in the low to mid $20k's, they're going to have bills like mine.

Hans: Wow - your website blows mine away. I'll definitely include some video and see if I can get some high-quality photos next time.

Brian: Mondials in Black are friggen awesome! Enjoy that car you've put so much into - it sounds like you've got a great Spring and Summer ahead of you!

Everyone else - thanks for the nice comments, as I couldn't wait to share the site with some fellow Mondial fans.

    Forza Mondial!!!
