My "User Controls" and "Resoursces" INOP....

    Are your "user controls" and "Resources" buttons working from the index page ? Mine is not.............
    When I hit "User Controls" it just reloads the page, but the "Resources" gives me a 404 message ??????

    fire fox, I went over to aviatorchat which has same setup (software?) and have no problems.
