Need QuickBooks help: Quick question

    I would like to know if I can print my Item List (that has about 800 part numbers) that will just show the P/N and the associated quantity. I tried to print it and it spooled about 125 pages (with all the info I don't need).

    Can this be done?

    I HAVE QUICKBOOKS 2000 AND IT CANT BE DONE.... IT BRINGS UP ALL ITEMS ON THE LIST

    Try exporting the list to Excel and then modify it.

    The choices it gives me under file+export is: Lists ti IIF files OR addresses to text file. Does this mean I'm DITW?
