Wow! Is that still in the concept stage or is it at the prototype stage? Radical, yet tasteful and could probably still be practical in the real world. However, 2019 seems to be rather ambitious timing.
The idea of a British-developed electric car cracks me up. So does this joke: Why do the English drink warm beer? Lucas made refrigerators, too.
Tesla managed it with a heap of government money I've owned several British made cars and in the 90's and up until a few years ago. I've had more problems (in order of the worst first) French, German & Italian in a tie. British. Japanese. The British and Japanese cars I've had the least trouble with. No personal experience of American because very few are sold here. I did once have an American made Civic from new but only had it 18 months and swapped it for a British car.
