360 New Capristro Exhaust on 360 install question

Just added a new Capristo valvetronic exhaust to the 360 which I purchased from @Yellow Compass , as any of you that have done business with Mike, he is very knowledgable and just a great person to do business and overall great person.

My question on the install is where should the exhaust be positioned, as you can see from the pictures I have a little more room where it's closer to the air-box than to the grill. Im not sure any Capritro doesn't provide any install documentation. Im worried it might be too close to the grill for when the exhaust expands? Anyone with any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
