great, they will be good for sure. Have a look at my thread, i had Mark make a mat for the front luggage compartment floor, it looks great and adds good protection - i am sure he will still have the template I sent him, it is the perfect fit.
The problem with new mats is it tends to underscore the need for new a new carpet set. The original 348 carpet is simply awful.
