    Neatness. I am obsessed with having things neat and neatly put away. Also everything must function as it is meant to. nothing that 1/2 works is acceptable.

    No my step father was a slob and piled crap a mile high in and around the house and I hated it. Could be the potty training but I have never researched that? :)

    That's the egg-heads' knee-jerk answer to excessive neatness; being stuck in the anal stage of development.

    Just like all oral addictions (cigarettes, alcohol, obsession with breasts or fallatio etc) are from being stuck in the oral stage.
