I think the Tubi Sport exhaust sounds great. I had Tubis in my BMW M5, M6, Ferrari 360 and I love the sound. The best part is there is no drone at any RPM. Can you folks kindly confirm you hear no drone? Thanks in advance. Dan
No drone on the Ferrari sport exhaust made by tubi. Can't comment on the tubi branded which is different.
Has anyone listened to the OEM Sport Exhaust and the Tubi for any differences in sound? I know the main difference between the two is the valves that the OEM Sport Exhaust comes with.
what can i say the best service at Ferrari Tampa Bay the young lady in the parts department got my sport exhaust out today as i needed it ASAP thanks again
Alright. I'm interested . But if no difference in sound or noticeable difference i'm out. Weight savings aren't enough to make a change. Anyone regret the purchase?
Does anyone have pictures of this installed including the bracket system? Looks like a better mounting system and should be much lighter. The combination of the two should help with the stress on the manifolds.
Thank you. Looks like it should have much less stress on the rest of the system. Funny, I never thought about it leaving an open space where the old box used to be! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Hi guys, my stock exhaust bracket is broken. Just to confirm, if i bought this system it will fix that? Oops, should have read the thread carefully. It has a new mounting system. now can anyone confirm if this is louder than the stock after the valve open? or does it make a difference only when valve closed. Thanks!
so when the valves open, the exhaust skips the muffler entirely? Does this mean the stock and any aftermarket with valves open will sound the same?
I never listened to them side by side. To my ear the sport sounds better with the valves opened or closed.
Yes no problem. I will also do a DIY write up but it will be next weekend before I get a chance to work on it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Put mine on today. Took about four hours with lunch in between. Only problem I had was I had to open up the slots in the bracket which bolt to the muffler in order to get fasteners in. Otherwise, pretty straight forward install
