So its a GTSi with a QV bonnet, mirrors and rear aerofoil........interesting re: originality (as in NOT original) I got a QV in Grigio and bordeaux interior. Beautiful combo......I'd to see more pics of this car with the Boxer paint. Personally, I'll take the GTB Turbo everyday of the week.....better looking, GTB, turbo rarity and great performance. No brainer really.
Thanks for the info regarding originality Indeed, it seems that some pieces have been exchanged with QV pieces. There were also a lot of dents in the passenger's door, presumably from the door of the car that had been standing next to it in the garage of one of its prevous owners.

Given the fact, that all carb GTB were drysump and all of the carb GTS were wetsump, that reason I have read several times, seems to be the most plausible one: The GTS reinforced frame section didn't allow to put the drysump oil tank into the engine compartment. The other theory is, that the GTS is the poser / hairdresser car and those just don't need high performance features Apologies to the GTS owners for this flat joke. Best Regards from Germany Martin

i do not know anything of US prices, but I'm sure that my Euro dry sump GTB value is AT LEAST twice than the US wet sump Oengus GTB... ciao
At least twice as much as early US GTB (with euro cams), three times as much as late US GTB (US spec cams) with the addition of us spec DOT/EPA add-ons.

Current prices here in the UK seem to be from £155,000 to £175,000. The lower price for a car recently sold, and the upper the asking price for the black car with a dealer, 87,000 miles with a rebuilt engine.
