    Many pictures posted in response to other threads.... but I have never seen an "official 365 GTC/4" thread. I am sure a few owners of these cars will add photos of their examples.
    I'll start off with the two that I have owned, first 14633 which I currently have, then
    15693 which I sold in 2014 after 12 years of ownership.

    @GIOTTO I forgot that thread, thanks for the reminder.

    I’m really interested in any and all photos of original (not redone or restored) details, features and finished, mainly to compare them to those in a well kept/maintained, one owner, original paint, interior, etc example I’m currently working on and planning to photo document as thoroughly as I can without disassembling her too much.

    #16235 have it since 2020 and done a long detailed survivor conservation and technical rebuild.
    Very untouched and original car.

    Official Maranello Concessionaire (UK) Press Photo, as used in the car brochures of the time, and also in Adverts in the Ferrari Owners Club Magazine - Which is where this was taken from.
    The Car is 14561, which I'm fortunate to be the current caretaker.
    The Photographer was Neill Bruce (Maranello Concessionaires UK) Official Photographer, Neill has kindly supplied me the originals, however I'm unable to share them due to copyright. You can view the images which were taken on Wentworth Golf Club in the UK on his website:

    No, I purchased 14561 back in 2011, she's the second RHD car supplied to the UK of the two displayed at London Earls Court Motor Show in 1971, 14561 then went on to be the Maranello Press Car and demonstrator and was then purchased and driven by Shaun Bealey, who I had the pleasure to reunite her with a couple of years before his passing. RIP Shaun.

    Shaun even recounted stories of racing her in the 70's - I'm not sure where, but he said he was able to beat the Daytona's in the corners as they suffered from brake fade, unlike the GTC/4. :)

    @-CD- Christian, I do recall your thread and will later take a closer look of any "before" photos you might've shared.

    Once I've had a chance to photo-document her thoroughly, I'll eventually share some photos, but if anyone else wishes to do same, especially anything showing unrestored, original details in close-ups and/or high resolution, all will be appreciated, at least by me.

    While your pictures are very nice and "seductive", they don't quite clearly show off the details, especially condition or finishes of various items seen in them., which is mostly what I'm interested* in.
    Is your car unrestored with mostly original finishes and materials or ... ?

    * I've taken thousands upon thousands of photos of numerous unrestored, original condition "survivor" vintage cars, including several Daytonas and much of my photo-documentation are close-ups of countless authenticity/originality (small) details not usually depicted or seen in most "car photography".

    She has had a respray in her original 'Celeste Gainsbrough' however the interior is original and the engine has never been out.

    I have an amazing photo of the engine bay taken at the 1971 London Motor Show, let me try and contact Neill Bruce to see if he minds me sharing it.

    Do you still have the old original water thermostat? Today it‘s possible to repair them
    and put the bay in that detail back to original spec.

    Thanks for expanding.

    IMO, that “C. G.” is a very elegant and fitting color for the styling of C/4, more so than what the owner of the example in my shop chose* back in the day.

    * Or perhaps it was already sitting in its current color at the dealership when he walked in and said “I’ll take that one” ?
    I’ll ask next time I talk with him.

    Yes, original was a T-pipe in the position where your car has the often used 400/412 black spare part.

    I do quite like the brown C4's though, a very befitting 70's choice. "Marrone Colorado' I think they called it. I also love them in 'Oro Kelso', great colours you just never see these days

    I agree.
    Personally, I prefer almost all original conservative/darker/subdued colors of this era, but wouldn’t kick a Verde Germoglio (sp. ?) or similarly wild period color Ferrari out of my garage either.
    The bright red (sorry Mike) or yellow (sorry Malcom & Ted) are my least favorites in any road Ferraris, but if I had one that originally came with either, I’d probably learned to live with it.

    @-CD- Christian, you first two and the last photos in your post #22 are the kind of “automotive porn” that get my blood flowing and if you or anyone else has similar shots of unrestored, original condition areas/items to share, it’ll be flowing hot. ;)
