Cool. Blast from the past. Would love to get my hands on that yellow Daytona for $110 K. Of course, that was about 50% more than the cost of our first house, which we bought around that time...T

I am impressed with the 456 cost in relation to the Dino. They sure have changed!

I remember when i first discovered Dupont Registry while in Brazil. It was so expensive. I think $15. My grandma bought me a subscription and every month i would wait for the new issue to come in as xmas ( i was 12 or so.).
    Good times.

This one was special to me. I too was 12 at the time, and we were getting on a plane to go to Florida. The Vector M12 in the corner of the Auto Panache ad was on the cover. My brother and I convinced our parents to go to Auto Panache to see it, then followed up with a trip to Shelton Ferrari down the street. Quite a trip and got to see many Ferraris I’ve still not seen again!

I used to save up in the late 90’s to early 2000’s to buy the DuPont Registry and eventually became a subscriber. I’ll never forget how frustrated I would get when some dealers never listed the prices! (I don’t know why since I wasn’t a buyer anyway, hahaha).

On a similar note, I remember how excited I was when Barrett Jackson was first televised. I’d wait all year and then sit in front of the TV all weekend. Damn those commercial breaks, when a good car was coming up next!

I've got a bunch of DuPont Registry's saved from the early to mid 1990's. Along with some old Ferrari Market Letters from that era.

Kinda fun to look back to compare and contrast with todays markets.
