One bank not firing, any thought?

    One of the banks on my 512 BBi is not firing, I checked the fuses and they are all intact. I cannot find the relays, could it be a relay? Any other thoughts?

    No, no relays involved. I think there's only two things in the stock BBi ignition system that could take out one bank:

    1. The double-ended distributor rotor -- so easy enough to give that a look for any obvious trouble, and

    2. The Dinoplex ignition ECU -- do you still have the stock Dinoplex ECU or has it been changed to something else?

    Thanks for the reply. I will check the distributor, as for the ECU I do not know if its been changed.
