    Seems logical to me. Not everyone has the time or wants to spend theirs on a forum, but it is another (and great) medium to get the word out about selling a car. It shouldn't necessarily scare buyers away, if you do your due diligence in all regards you can protect yourself from scammers.

    I can see how post counts certainly inspire confidence. On the other hand, there are probably many others like me. Long time, but infrequent, visitor, that only recently registered and only very recently started posting. Took me a forever to get the disposable money necessary for a Ferrari (my first was an F12 last summer and I added a Performante in Dec) and even longer to get the free time necessary to enjoy it. Post counts count, but they are imperfect as a proxy for credibility.
