What a great car. Good to see an honest description of the F1 system. A brilliant system for the time and is actually a manual box that requires skill and finesse to get right. Geez I don’t want to sell mine now. Interested to see the aftermarket lifting of the engine lid (did you notice, Moretti, Mike, Gizz)? The lid clicked up instead of going up on the gas struts.
It is a completely different car to the 360 Steve, it would be a lot of fun learning all about it if I were ever to be fortunate enough to get one, such an interesting car, I bet you and your family have had plenty of great memories with your car
One of my favourite bits of Ferrari ownership (and I’m sure everyone is the same) is hopping into the driver’s seat, seeing the prancing horse, turning the key and hearing the engine come to life (if you know, you know). Any headache the car may have caused in the past disappears in an instant. Be interesting to hear how the Lotus makes you feel when you get it.
Was the same for me when I jumped in the BB512 , felt I was in a period Group C sports car. Apart from the trip to Sydney in 38c temp , it was an enjoyable car to drive . Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
My ex knew if I had a bad day when I got home all she had to do was hand me the keys to the Ferrari and I would be fine in minutes Just sitting in the GT4 or QV made me think I was realising my dream all over again
100% As much as I enjoyed the 911 I had (and I’d happily buy another), it lacked emotion. A bit like Germans and jokes
WRXMIKE has made me laugh twice in the 25 years we've been mates ..... he'd be the funniest German I know but he's lived here most of his life
OLIO OLIO OLIO Seriously? WUTY But actually, why lie? Whom are you trying to impress? Sig www.pless.com.au/mechanics.htm
They look nice but I'd never own a spider ............. if you knew what happened to the GT4 you'd know why

That's mould Adrian, the previous owner was probably younger than you and already knew how to operate it!
