I got mine from Mcm and it's black and I swear it didn't stand up to the heat on some other applications I was fooling with . . .I'm gonna make it a point to get some brown from somewhere else .. . as opposed to pink . . I mean black . . oh never mind.

    thanks for the tip

Hey Chris, who made your custom hats? I'm working on a brake system myself and need to have a set made. FWIW, I have drawings for the front hats.

    Thanks!

I scored a front set of clean discs and calipers, (same part numbers as the F-50) for $700 on ebay. I then sent the stuff to Martin at Girodisc who made custom hats and caliper brackets, trued the discs and zinc washed them. Great guy to work with.
14s on the front and 360 challenge - 13 inch on the rear and lighter than stock.

    hth,

Oh ok... bummer! I was hoping it was someone else. I've already traveled down that path, even purchased my front rotors from them and Martin did my CAD drawing. Unfortunately that's as far as things progressed. I guess the move to Washington sort of disrupted the business and created all sorts of headaches in just keeping up with regular product lines so small "prototype" work was out of the question.

Oh well! Thanks for the reply!
