Super easy to change them, just fabricate some small hooks to reach on the inside with a coat hanger and pull them out. Was about $500 usd for four brand new Vents and one used. 599 and 612 also work.
you can buy spring hooks (used on dirt bikes) from Amazon - I purchased 2 and they work perfect for pulling the vents. Make sure you hook them where the rubber boot meets the vent and not the internals as they will break it also requires a good yank
