How in the world were you able to hold up a camera and get those shots? I would have been scared to death that I would get caught and thrown out after FINALLY getting in.
Hey Teak, Wow those are some neat insider pics you keep posting. The best shot so far is the one with Enzo's and the famous "wagon wheels" and how they are being put together. If you look close in the background of that picture you can see them lowering one of the bodies onto the chassis, kind neat how they put them together. Hey the pic with the completed Enzo's in it. The yellow lift they have there with and Enzo on it, do they use that lift as a final inspection of the car? Thanks man for being the first to post pics of the inners of the factory, keep'um coming if you have more. By the way you wouldn't happen to have taken any movies of the inside would you?...hahaha Tifosi ~Mike P.
http://www.fugazi.co.uk/308/factoryvisit.htm Not mine, saw this on the FerrariList a while back. Looks like some of the photos in this thread are from that page.
mr2speedracer, I have to say, they are some intriquing pictures you snapped up there. Very nice work. Hey while looking at the bare chassis of the Enzo, I never noticed how big those induction inlets are. I think you could stuff a few small children up in there for storage on long trips if you really had the urge. Thanks for posting man!!!! Its really great of you guys to share these awesome pictures with us. THANKS AGAIN !!!!!! ~Mike P. PS. Least now I dont have to wait till I have enough money to buy a new Ferrari to peep inside their Carrozzeria.
If you can find it, try to pick up "Inside Ferrari" by Michael Dregni. It was published sometime around 1990 and shows the factory from the early days up to 1989. There are some very cool sections that show everything from the foundry to the racing dept. There is even a section dedicated to the F40 production team. Well worth a look!
Are you 100% sure this is the new Ferrari F1 car? 0 miles on it, looks like its really the new F1 car.
Okay... ''Are you 100% sure this is the new Ferrari F1 car? 0 miles on it, looks like its really the new F1 car'' I'm just wondering cuz there's not many visible changes made. Like beast said in the racing forum '' looks like the 2003 GA ''.
That's what I was told by a Ferrari employee. It did look like a brand new car and it was October, so........
