hello all, due to a variety of circumstances, there is a private storage facility that has come free, and i can take it over. but, i have to act very fast. there are 21 spots. i have 10 spoken for already, but i need 15 booked for a year long commitment to breakeven (i am not looking to make any/much money here- breakeven is enough for other reasons). it is near Athena Gun Club. private, climate controlled, gated, alarmed, and Hagerty approved. you have real 24/7 access and nobody else drives your car (unlike at Alara and Asylum etc). there is a lounge with TV, bar, couches, kitchenette etc. there is a concrete forecourt where you can wash or work on your car. good group of other members. for a 12 month commitment it will be $425/car. if you only want month to month it is $475/car. these prices are cheaper than the market and you get 24/7 private access. let me know if you have interest.

I have wondered if there is an opportunity for this type of business between the large fancy garages like Garages of America and the cheap warehouse storages that still go for $300 a month. As you describe it 30-50 spots with a little clubhouse and top security and amenities.
