    Beware of the "experts" on u-tube. Lots of good info. Lots of bad info too unfortunately. Look at t lot of videos.

    I have not done this on a Ferrari but on other cars. Find a similar black canvas. Cut a patch with rounded corners; seal edges with a flame. Use black RTV as adhesive (sparingly) and attach from the underside if you can access it. If there is some shiny RTV poking through, remove excess carefully and try dabbing a piece of the patch material on the RTV to get the canvas "texture".
