Alternatively...someone could delete this thread and kindly change the name of the other thread to “Purosangue News and Pictures.” @rob lay Up to you all, just a thought. Thanks.
Such a gorgeous SUV, sorry FUV. Yes, now that the Purosangue is out, a separate model section should be created by Fchat.
I just came back last night from the event. The car like all other Ferraris has to be seen in person, photos don't do it justice. The rear seat appears small but its very comfortable in the back. Roomier than the Lusso and the new seats are extremely comfortable compared to the comfy ones in my 812 GTS. The dashboard layout is beautifully executed not a mix of the all the other models. Here are few pics from the event. Thank you for the pictures. Is it me but does the CF outside, but mostly inside look a bit cheap/tacky/out of place?

So a very in the weeds question, but what are the crapets lower level material made of? It looks very clean and contemporary in the pictures. I have moved to alcantara for my carpets in my f cars and think it looks so much better but this looks very different?
Agree it looks a bit tacky. I asked what is the default material if CF is not chosen. No one was really able to answer that with certainty including Flavio or Enrico. All they could say was they all 4 models we saw were all prototypes. I guess typical ferrari answers.
I recall that 2 of the cars had same fabric as my Pista which I think is called technical? in the footwells and the overlay mats were alcantara and the other 2 I believe were regular carpeting and carpet mats.
Strange that no one could answer. One would assume that it's gloss black paint since raw plastic is unbecoming of any car at this price point.
On configurator it looks like the standard black plastic material Not sure either. The Rosso Portofino looked great. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login My first spec with GS. Without CF. FWIW Image Unavailable, Please Login
Do the rear doors open independently of the front doors? Traditional "suicide" doors require the front doors to be opened first but it looks like there is a button to open the rear door from the exterior. Sent from my SM-N975U using Tapatalk
Definitely worth a view. Some nice technical evaluation of the Purosangue. Sent from my SM-N975U using Tapatalk
I find it more beautiful than the Urus, Cayenne or Macan, AM DBX and RR Cullinan. In order of priority i would choose Purosangue > Macan > DBX.
They open independently indeed. There is a capacitive touch button at the bottom of the window edge, toward the front.

Based on the limited overhead photos available to date, it appears access to the engine for maintenance would be extremely limited ?
