    Does anyone know if the window switches be removed without lifting up center console and getting them from behind. Don't want to damage anything trying to pull them out from top.

    Yes they should pull out from the top rather easily. You should only have to use your fingers. In the worse case you may have to place a wide blade underneath the lip to get it started. If you have to do this I would pry from the shorter end of the switch. Good luck.
