Replacement fresh air fan.

    One of the fresh air fans on my car was very noisy and had a lot of vibration while running. After looking it over I discovered one of the blades on the fan cage (is that the correct name, I just made it up!) was broken and missing. I contacted Spal USA. While they don't sell replacement parts they do sell new new fan units. I just ordered one and have not yet gotten it so I'm not sure what will be required to mount it. I thought I'd post a link for the fan. I will update this thread when I get the fan here and look it over.

    It's called a squirell cage.

    This fan is same size as stock but more powerfull. Check that the connectors. Are clean. It is easier to extract the fan from the fender (remove the bolts of the lower front half of the fender).
