Looks beautiful in videos and print - more red that corsa which is the bottom 2nd pic. Top pic almost looks like Fuoco or Portofino Those who have seen it live what did u think? Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login a whi whh
I saw it at Pebble Beach and it’s too dark for my taste. Reminded me of burgundy. Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
I have great number plates for it But need to be in Victoria Australia. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Saw it in person this weekend (artificial light only in the dealership). It looks like a 2 layer (think Rosso Fiorano) but with less brown, lighter color overall, and a tinge of warmer gold in the metallic. Almost like a Fuoco but with less depth and a finer grain to the metallic flakes. It looks really good but not great. Better than Corsa, probably better than Fiorano, about equal to or slightly less nice than Rosso Portofino, but I think definitely not as lush as the triple coat reds (Maranello, Fuoco, Berlinetta, Coburn, Magma, etc...). Of course this is highly subjective. For the $ (they are charging the same 12k for Imola as the metallics which used to be free), good value for the $. Would have loved to see it outdoor in the sun as that is a different animal altogether.
Thank you for the detailed information and description on the color. From what you are describing the Portofino and Imola are the two best bang for the buck!
I just went to see the car in person. The color is a deep red metallic with very fine sparkling flakes. a bit like Coke can but much richer in red

wow can't believe all these photos are of the same color... so hard to tell between lighting, camera settings, monitor you are looking at these through, etc.
Imola red looks different in different light. The color on the configuator has a brownish tint but in person it is deeper red. The good news is the 296GTB looks better in person than in the pics in my opinion
It reminded me of Fiorano. Less orange than fuoco. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
