In Germany there is also no law about this!
We have driven in convoys of 10,20,40 and more Ferraris thru the city and country roads. We have even blocked one lane of the autobahn last time !!! See thread Lambo/Ferrari drive out - just a few weeks ago.

Read an article in "Oldtimer Markt" in the December 2003 issue. The §29 StVO together with the accompanying "Verwaltungsvorschriften" requires an official permission if 30 or more cars are going to use the same route during an event.
