Another wonderful day in Arizona: Lots of great cars, including a Ferrari California, 430 Scud, F40, DBS, GTR, GT-R, etc. etc. etc. Vettes out in force this weekend. Great shots, Dave. Do you mind if I throw a link to mine up in this thread once I get them uploaded? And thanks to everyone that came out. Really nice turnout. I wasn't able to make it out to Care Free, but it looked like it was probably a pretty good turnout up there. I'd love to see some pics if anyone has them.
This was the first time I was able to make the show and it was very nice. I came with a few friends and they enjoyed it as well. I'll have to make it earlier next time because we just pulled up when the Lamborghini's left.
Go for it. I just started a new thread since the pictures tend to get buried at the end of the announce threads, making them less noticeable. Also, if we manage to do this consistently, a search for "pictures" in titles in this section will easily bring up a visual history of the event over time. Cheers, Dave

I have a Mira 1:18 diecast model of what appears to be the black Testarossa that is in one of the pics posted. The model states on it that it is a 1991 Ferrari 512TR and it is a targa (believe that's the correct terminology). Was wondering if the one in the posted pic is such a version of the 512TR car and was it a production car? Other than the few spider conversions, the only Testarossas I know about are coupes.
Some pics that I took. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login

This one's for Dino. Your "lowly" 348 is no longer the most unloved car at C&C. I go out of my way to procure a pristine Dino and no-one bothers to take a pic and post it here.
Congrats to the new owners of the Lambo Gallardo Superleggera and Lambo Murci (our mystery cars this month)!!!
Great pictures to all that took them. Hey Carlo you might give these young guys a run for thier money
I didn't get shots of a lot of cars, unfortunately. The harsh light/shadows was killing me (such a prima donna)... you can pretty much guarantee you're going to get more pics from me if you park in the shade next to the main strip mall area, haha. I snapped some shots of you taking off with the others, but they came out fairly blurry. Beautiful car, though. I managed to get some shots of it the last two times you brought it out, haha... http://desert-motors.com/cpg/thumbnails.php?album=183&page=2 http://desert-motors.com/cpg/thumbnails.php?album=152 And great shots, Carlo.
Beautiful looking cars. Does anyone know if the Jaguar XKE with the British flag on it is the car from the Austin Powers movie? I know the owner of the Corvette with American flag in NY and we are trying to find the owner of the Jaguar. If anyone knows this owner of can let me know please PM or post on this thread.
Thanks Carlo. I'm pleased to see that Super Tech Alex T is in the pic too. He's a genius with older carburreted cars
If this is the car to which you refer, no. This is a monster hot rod tuned by British Auto Repair for one of their clients. Injected and tuned they had to switch to Dunlop solid wheels as it bends wire wheels!!!! Image Unavailable, Please Login
