Putting up strong laps now. Quite a hole to fill: would love for them to getva little luck, gain a lap or three back on the leaders
Not easy to dodge all the carnage: [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HPVPof1hiho[/ame] I remember a couple of years ago an American colonel or general or so participated in the 24 hours. He compared a night stint at Nürburgring 24 hours with a drive trough Baghdad at night
We're up to 59 from 114 after a 40 minute pit to replace Ferrari shift cable. We're running well and will press On Regardless.
Hey, quit surfing the 'net: don't you have more pressing business? Seriously, thanks for checking in. It struck me earlier just how quickly and professionally SCG is handling the setbacks. The team measures up so well to the factory outfits and teams like Manthey, who have done this EVERY year for many years. Regardless of the outcome, you have to be proud of the effort.
I have found radio lemans and a few video feeds, and the live GPS track position, but no solid live timing board options? Anyone have a link to live timing?
I remember when this thread was started like it was yesterday and have been following it since. It was my b-day and I had just started working again after being laid off for 8 months. Jim, I hope the best for you and your team. Go out there and kick some ****ing ass!
faster times due to lighter fuel load I imagine... wonder when they will be in the pits, within 3 laps I imagine
35th! by running these consistent low 9 minute laps, they seem to be easily carving through slower traffic and getting back what they lost through the mechanical issues... too bad live timing doesnt show classes...
34th! Up past qualifying position once again. If the 'Ring is Green Hell, P4/5C is Green Lucifer in a black cape! Keep charging.
there was a 12:28 lap while I wasn't looking, I assume a pit? edit: now ran a 9:42, last lap must have been a stop.
That was my guess, dropped a bit to 36th. Giovanardi was in the car, last I saw. Wonder when Mika gets back in.
