Hey guys I am really trying to find a way that I can work for myself. I really need some help/ideas on how to do this. I am not looking to make a ton of money. I really would like to make $15K-$20K per year if possible. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
I have experience in renting property and though this would be a good avenue but unfortunately I can't own enough homes to be able to make enough to work for myself. I even tried the Carlton Sheets program, I just rented it thankfully and was very disappointed. I wasn't looking for a get rich quick but a way that I could own 6-9 properties without always going to the bank. Anyway, like I said I am open to all ideas, no jokes please though. I greatly appreciate any info. Thanks.

I don't see the humor. The title says self employed. Being paid by a boss isn't what I am looking for.

OK.. HEre's a serious response. How about starting some type of home service management business? Housewatching for absentee owners, coordinating repairs, cleaning services and other maintenance. You could do this on as large or as small of a scale as you like.

Find some property in west texas that A) has oil, B) still has mineral rights, C) no current oil wells. THen find a oil company, and give them a nice low lease rate.
