Just come across this for sale earlier this year. Asking price was $179,000 http://wearecurated.com/rare-rare-11000-mile-lamborghini-silhouette/
If you have the brochure can you also see the PROVA plate number? After years of painstaking research I am now confident that the red brochure car was the Geneva 1977 show car 40032. I am also confident that the white brochure car was 40000 when it was white.
No. The red car is shown from the rear on page 2, but it's plate number is blacked out. The white car has no rear view.
Having seen the Harry's Garage video about the Miura S, posted on the Miura thread I think that the Silhouette was the first Lamborghini that was not 'ahead' of tyre technology...
I did, I just posted a photo directly from my brochure. Look, I like playing "hide and seek" as much as anybody, but I'm afraid I don't know how I may help you in your quest for information.
I think you are the one that needs assistance here. I can see the prova number and I know why the interior belongs to 40000...
Look, may I help you with information, or is this a quiz? If you know where on the brochure information is, and you don't happen to have the brochure, I will be happy to help. Otherwise, what is the point of this communication?
If you need information from any of these brochures, I would be happy to help. Thanks, Rob Manchester Image Unavailable, Please Login
Well done! I think it is actually BO 1067 which is the number next to that seen on 40072 in the Sport Auto article. Presumably these numbers were used for testing the production cars... Image Unavailable, Please Login
