    The other day, I got an email from an Fdealer on the east coast. He wanted to know If I would sell him my 81 GTSi. He called me Klatu, so I know he got my email from here. Has anyone else got one of these? I didn't respond.

    I don't respond to unsolicited junk mail either,and no, I haven't received a similar call. Not very careful of him to not notice your actual name, or maybe he only cares about the money.

    I also received a Email from this guy from Alger. He knew my name and referenced Ferrarichat. Sounds like another scam to get info on us and our cars.

    I got one too but didn't think it was specific to 308/328 and had probably gone to the entire mailing list on F-Chat. I noted their comment about leaving the sale to them so you could enjoy "the finer things in life". Funny, I thought owning a Ferrari was one of the finer things in life.

    And it's called a scam, a hack, and worse?

    Really guys? This is why Al Gore invented the "delete" key. I think you are way over-reacting.

    I haven't been asked either. However, I also think I've made it no secret (locally at least), that I wont allow my car to change hands until I can get a TDF blue 550 as a straight trade for it....
