In the latest Formula 1 gossip, Ferrari is set to introduce its new upgraded engine at the Turkish Grand Prix, while the 2022 calendar is taking shape.

- According to AMuS, Ferrari is likely to introduce its upgraded power unit at the Turkish Grand Prix. Reportedly, it will give Ferrari between 10 to 15 horsepower.

 

That would be enough horsepower for my riding mower.

After the Spa debacle, Massi won`t have the guts: they´ll have a race at Sochi even if they have to pretend that Formula 1 is a power boat category.

Nothing dramatic, simply looking at the weather. If quali goes ahead and Max takes engine penalty, he can lose up to 12.5 points if race is cancelled if Lewis gets pole.

If race goes ahead, he needs to finish 4th + fastest lap to lose fewer points if Lewis wins. Fastest lap less likely because he'll have to pass 15 cars so won't have the gap to pit for fresh tyres at the end. So really needs 3rd in order to lose as few points as possible.

 

I was just having fun with Marko. He will do what he does.

Good news but they really should have given this to Sainz as (I think) he wouldn’t get a penalty.

 

Seems consistent with forecast earlier. Saturday evening wet and small chance on Sunday. I hope for a dry main event! Maybe a mixed qualy.

 

why are so many ppl complaining about Sochi? it's not like you can fly there to visit, we're all watching the race from our sofas...why aren't you guys grateful that there's even a race on the calendar this weekend to watch? I could give a rat's ass about Sochi, I want to see the Max/Ham/RB/Merc showdown continue, could care less about how the venue is fenced.

 

Im happy. I like the circuit overall. Id take it over Barcelona at times. Im over the train wreck between Max and LH. Last race ended any CARE of that at all. What a joy to see Mclaren and others fighting, racing. Put Max and LH on a Kart track for all I care. Racing is far better without them.
