There was a similar thread, but I don't know if it had a resolution https://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/threads/ignition-switch.652707/#post-148285083 I suggested using a jumper wire on a particular connector behind the left hand seat to take the F1 system out of the equation. The jumper effectively simulates a gated car (with respect to starting). Of course, you have to make sure the car is out of gear. Sounds bad. That means the starting system doesn't even look at the potentiometers (position sensors) on the gearbox actuator unit. Another reason to keep the clutch disengaged.
You are getting into the more technical stuff but you need to measure the volts at the starter and its solenoid first.
