I was down in Vero in August for two weeks, left on the 25th. Hope everyone in Florida is careful and safe this weekend. The storm looks scary.
Wife managed to get out of Sarasota this morning and has almost made it to Ocala. Our condo is too close to Siesta Key for my liking as they are now saying 5-10 ft storm surge. She says traffic on I-75 is flowing good right now. Fuel is a concern and hopefully stations in GA along the Colonial Pipeline lateral will be stocked for the first refuel. I dissuaded her from going I-10-Jacksonville-I-95-Savannah as they might have not resolved their earlier fuel/congestion problems yet.
