Weighty matters were discussed and Cubans smoked at the Malibu Challenge Stradale Conference today at Top of the World. The profound conclusion reached after much deliberation: Strads ROCK! Do you have any hi res versions of the group pictures? If you do please email them to me at [email protected]
for those asking for high res, pull them off my post on rennlist. they allow 2 million byte photos so i dont need to shrink them to nothing like you do on fchat to get 600 or less in size... how about it Rob?
Agreed. i think this is the best Ferrari i have ever had hands down ranging from TR, 348, 355,360, to 575M .
Tom, it sure beats a GT2 doesnt it? what car did you finally end up with, ie, where did it come from? at what was the trouble with that dealer cowley/crowely you tried first?
Watt, I will always like the GT-2 cars, but for me the Stradale is more fun. I ended up with a red striped car that came from Ferrari of Long Island. The original car that I had bought (and paid for) was from Cauley Ferrari, in Michigan. When my transporter arrived to pick the car up, he discovered that someone had hit a curb, damaging two wheels, and doing some paint damage. I declined delivery, and some of the members here gave me the lead regarding the red CS. Image Unavailable, Please Login
COULDNT agree more!!!! i am very fond of my CS at 3500 miles in 3 months. your car looks beautiful; the stripe does look good on the Scud., i prefer stripeless Argento myself and jack and amir seem to agree on stripeless in Gallo and Scud.
Genuinely don't know when I last saw such a jaw-achingly beautiful car. Looking at a 360M (all I can afford right now!) with Scud shields and Challenge grill and I hope to add some CS wheels to it - is this a sin? Cem
i recieved a ride in a 2004 challenge stradale yesterday and hands down was the most fun car i've ever been in. it was titanium exterior on tan leather. i loved the seats, beautiful `19 BBS rims, scream of the exhaust under full throttle and very quick shifts (unforuntately i didn't get to drive but still was a rush from the passenger point of view) i've driven and ridden in a handful of fun/fast cars including an aston martin vanquish, bmw Z8, bmw M3 (every generation), bmw m5, chevrolet corvette, ferrari 575 maranello, ferrari 355 spider, s/c'd 440hp porsche 911, probably some more i can't remeber at the moment but none were as fun as this car. if i had the $ right now hands down this is the car i would be driving but being 18 that just won't fly....but gives me a reason to keep working thru college
y'know, you jerks don't make waiting any easier. doody. PS: tom - have you had a body shop look at that odd discoloration in your paint? it seems to run down the middle of the car - they must have screwed up the spray job and not hit the primer there. you should get FNA to pay for a respray under warranty to cover that nastiness up!
