430 Suspension knock over bumps? Check sway bar

I don't think I owned a car where I did not have to replace from sway bar bushings at some point...
This kind of play is a bit extreme, but you get the gist:



The other issue I found was lower bush on both shocks, really really weak. You can spin the strut with 2 fingers (if you remove the top 2 nuts holding it to the chassis) , the bush at bottom is really done.
