To Testarossa owners or/and repairer, since few months I plan to remanufacturing vent knob for my 328GTB. Few weeks ago I meet a Testarossa owner with his car and after look at the intérior I realized that the vent knob look like exactly same as mine. I also checked some suppliers and knob #124079 for Testarossa is superseded by #61808000 of 328. BUT I would like to confirm me definitely that these two parts could be mounted one in place of the other. So any of you had already disassemble or/and change this part on a Testarossa ? Would be an easy part to take an RTV mold off of and cast a replacement from urethane. Check youtube for instructions on how.
I Don't looking for how to make them but IF the A/C knob fitted on Testarossa are exactly same as those on the 328
