Thanks for showing up. Hope you enjoyed it. I managed to shave another second off in the afternoon. Got done to 54 secs even which is still about 1 1/2 seconds off where I would have like to have been but It turned so cold again I had difficulty in generating enough heat in the tyres. Nearly went through a whole set anyway. Gerrards is a killer on tyres. 54 secs is still pretty respectful considering the cold. It equates to an average speed of about 90MPH including the secend gear hairpin so I guess that makes the speed through gerrards about 120MPH which is pretty scarey. Sorry guys your probably wondering what this is all about. I was out testing the Vee at mallory today. I don't recommend single seat racing as a winter sport. Freezes your nuts off !!!!
