That was a car parked near the replica GTO at Concorso. It was a cut down coupe built by a Torrance, CA dentist who did his own design after a well known convertible conversion shop made him dissatisfied. The top is similar to that Porsche 718 where two pieces of fabric are sretched across the rear deck from the top of th ragtop and atached to hooks on the rear deck, ie. "bikini" top. The dentist displayed drawings for three different models of Ferrari that could be adapted to his design. Have any others been built? The cost of the conversion was something like $320,000,

Dr,.Dennis Palladino of NYC tries it out for size. I know the convertible converter can be reached through Fast Toys but does anyone have the creator's email? Thanks

NOTE On one side the black top trim is not installed to show spectators how the top is constructed

Reminds me of a Bimini Top on a boat. Looks good even that way.

Sorry...what I find dorky is 4 point harness in a convertible streetcar...really? If that conversion is $320K, I have property in a swap to sell him.

I’ve met the owner / designer Dr Steve and he’s personally shown me his car at the Fast Cars facility. Here his IG. You can reach out to him there. Also PM me.
