hi jim , on cable last night in australia was a documentry on national geographic channel about the ferrari factory and the making of the 599 . great viewing by the way . the narrator was american , so i would assume that you guys in the states would of seen it already . as part of the advertising for the doco before it aired , they showed ( animated) a crane lowering your p4/5 onto a conveyor belt like it was on a assembly line where it joined other p4/5's . the assembly line showed 4 or 5 p4/5's all coloured yellow moving across the screen horizontally . i was amazed to see your car there , looked great in yellow btw :D . were you aware of this ? had you given consent ? can they do that ?
    thanks
    roger

Took me forever to find this quote, but here was my suggestion from way back in August 2006 soon after the car was first unveiled. I am going to privately think to myself that I inspired the change. :)

Either way, the result is stunning and P4/5 is beautiful as usual. :)

Didn't know that. That's pretty wild. Could you possibly grab a copy of that?

New tips fit the car better. Keep the white though, it offsets the red nicely and brings attention to the tips themselves.

An old thread in the collectibles section popped up today and I figure here would be the best place to ask about any new info with regards to a possible P 4/5 model? Whether it be hot wheels elite or any other type of model.
